For the first time in history, the workplace now employs four generations of employees. Whether you’re a Baby Boomer or Millennial, it’s important to recognize generational differences and similarities to increase understanding among colleagues and foster an indusive working environment. Participants will learn many benefits of generational awareness, including how to effectively communicate and work with people of all ages.
Jeffrey Parsons, 89BA, president of IGC Associates, has 20 years experience as a global facilitator, coach, and consultant. He has provided formal and informal executive coaching and change management work with all types of businesses, including Fortune 500 companies. Parsons holds professional certifications in executive coaching, communications effectiveness, conflict resolution, customer service, and career coaching.
Cost:
Alumni Association Members: $13 per lunch
Non-members: $15 per lunch
Registration includes a meal, drinks, and speaker presentation. Space is limited.
