McLeod Center Alumni Association Hospitality Suite

Construction of the new McLeod Center is well under way at UNI. What was once only a dream of former basketball coach Eldon Miller is now a multipurpose events center in the making.

Located on the west side of campus, just south of the UNI-Dome, the McLeod Center will serve as the new home for volleyball, men’s and women’s basketball, and as a performance venue for wrestling. In addition, the facility will host community events, including concerts, trade and craft shows, and youth camps and tournaments. With a seating capacity of 6,100 and a total capacity of 7,000, this facility will serve the entire Cedar Valley community.

The UNI Alumni Association would like to give you an opportunity to be part of this life-long dream. Plans for the McLeod Center include space for an Alumni Hospitality Suite. The space will be used for special events, including alumni gatherings during athletic events. We need your help to make this part of the McLeod Center plan a reality.

Your Alumni Association has accepted a challenge to raise the $200,000 needed to complete the UNI Alumni Association Hospitality Suite. With your help, we will create a permanent Alumni Association presence in this dream come to life.

Your contribution to the UNI Alumni Association Hospitality Suite is a fully tax-deductible donation. We appreciate donations of any amount, and we have established the following giving levels to be recognized on a donor wall within the Hospitality Suite:

    Purple: $1500 - $2499

    Gold: $2500 - $4999

    Platinum: $5000+

In addition to recognition within the Hospitality Suite, all gifts of $1000 or more will be recognized on the McLeod Center’s Wall of Champions. Gifts of $5000 or more also will be acknowledged as Leadership Gifts within the McLeod Center.
