By-Laws Of the UNI Alumni Association

The UNI Alumni Association Board of Directors revised its bylaws at its June 2007 meeting. The revisions allow the Board to better shape the future of the Association through more effective and efficient operations. The most notable change is eliminating representation by era. Replacing this section of the by-laws is a statement that empowers the alumni staff and Board of Directors to assume responsibility to ensuring the composition of the Board meets the needs of the University and of the Association.
